I received my B.Sc. in Statistics from Shiraz University, my M.Sc. in Mathematical Statistics from Isfahan University of Technology, and my Ph.D. in Probability Theory and Stochastic Processes from Shiraz University. I also spent one year as a postdoctoral researcher at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium.
Since 2004, I have been affiliated with Isfahan University of Technology, where I currently serve as an associate professor and head of the Department of Mathematical Sciences.
My research interests include stochastic processes and modeling, with a particular focus on stable processes, Markov processes, and time series analysis. I am also interested in topics within both theoretical and applied probability, especially queuing theory and information theory.
