Biography

I hold a B.Sc. in Statistics from Shiraz University, an M.Sc. in Mathematical Statistics from Isfahan University of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Probability Theory and Stochastic Processes from Shiraz University. I subsequently completed a one-year postdoctoral appointment at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.

Since 2004, I have been with Isfahan University of Technology, where I currently serve as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Mathematical Sciences.

My research focuses on stochastic processes and stochastic modeling, particularly stable processes, Markov processes, and time series analysis. My broader interests span theoretical and applied probability, including applications in queuing theory and information theory.
